1) Learn to wake up to an alarm, not to an inner scream of anxiety.
2) Buy candles and actually light them instead of saving them “for the vibe.”
3) Stop googling symptoms and diagnosing myself with fatal illnesses.
4) Make it through the day without saying “I’m tired” at least 15 times.
5) Figure out where my money goes besides “into the void.”
6) Wash white clothes separately — not just in theory.
7) Stop answering “fine” to the question “how are you?”… at least once.
8) Finish a TV series instead of quitting it on season 7 out of spite.
9) Stop buying notebooks and finally start writing in them.
10) Stop checking my phone every 30 seconds for no reason.
