Set announcement features
Moderators and Broadcaster can push the rewardslist to all users
Broadcaster can force a spin without tip

Auto-Reset Tip Goal enhanced with:
Option to spin the PonyWheel at goal
Option to start the tipJar with an amount

There is also an option to have specific tip amounts NOT count towards goal or zebrawheel, in case you have other stuff users can buy (panties, pm, club memberships etc.)
