This bot is a simple counter for a specific tip amount.
Has a starting count (from previous shows).
Shows tip counters in chat.

Use /spanks to show counter in chat.
Use /setspanks XX to change the start counter from a previous show to XX.
Use /resetspanks to set current show spanks to 0.
