Send a welcome message to all users, to greys, light blues and/or dark blues.

Send a message to users who haven't said anything since they joined for an X amount of time; can be different for greys, light and dark blues.

Show the model who joins and if they have tokens or not, shows when they leave and how long they stayed.

Option for the model to send a notice to certain groups: mods, fans, blues, cyans.
