- Added blocked words dictionary
- Fixed issue with rotating notifiers if you did not fill out the first item the app would not run
-Added FanClub and Friends list to the bot under the Clubs area. This can be used for 2 distinct fan clubs, you can specify the name of the club and background colors.

If you use the fan club feature and want to put an image in it make sure there is a space between the last character and the : i.e. [ :hat hatclub ] otherwise cb will reject it.

Also note CB has a 3 image limit per chat message adding an image will use one of those spaces
