Offer various actions in a decent and uniform way: Tip Menu, Roll Dice, Hidden Cam, Goals, Lush. All Menus can be configured by the broadcaster, statically and dynamically.

This bot is more powerful and flexible than similar bots, and, most important: it's modest. Every then and now it writes a few lines, and apart from that, it won't prate. Tip+Dice respects the lines written by humans, and it won't push them out of the chat window.

When you run it the first time, look at the actions offered. Maybe you want to offer different actions. Anyway, you can change them later.
