Amended to work for Sasha specifically

1. The bot will advertises itself, privately, to each user when they enter Sasha's chat room. The 'tip menu' it sends will also be accompanied by a message reminding your users to Rate & Follow!

2. The bot will now respond to both /tipmenu and /menu. If the command is typed by the broadcaster, then the 'tip menu' is sent publicly to the entire chat room. If the command is typed by a user, then the 'tip menu' is sent privately, only to that user!

3. There are 50 items instead of 10

-Bot was amended in this version to align the welcome message specifically to Sasha.
