Let's you create a virtual tip board that users can reference when tipping. if a tip amount matches any in the board, it's removed from the board and tipping continues. When the board is empty, the goal is reached. If a user tips amount that is not on the board, it's considered as a gift and not for the game. The tips on the board can be set of any amount and frequency. The list is set by separating the amounts by commas, ex.: 20,20,20,40,40,100
