Set up to 5 different choices at once, 2 is the minimum required to start app. Set a minimum token tip to count towards vote, and a time limit to end the voting.

user cmds:
/stats - sends user current voting choices and scores.

Broadcaster & mod cmds:
/info - sends a notice stating the booth is open + min tip required + time remaining
/end - ends the voting booth early and dislays the winner.
