This bot is a random question generator that allows users to tip for a category of questions. After a user tips for a category, a random question is generated for the broadcaster to answer along with a "penalty" if a broadcaster chooses not to answer that specific question.

Questions and penalties are defined by us. More questions/penalties will be added soon.
