Full Description

To incurage viewers to tip a little extra and keep tipping 'Spending Rewards' keeps track of how much viewers have tipped in total and let them unlock rewards based on their total amount tipped.

For example, once a user has tipped 500 tokens in total after a little while they unlock a reward for a private message.

Tippers get a personal message in chat showing how much they'll need to tip more to unlock the reward(s).

Commands

* /rewards - List of available rewards and required total tipped amount
* /rewards add 'reward name' tokenPrice - Add a new unlockable reward (model only)

Example: /rewards add 'Cuddles' 500
