Removes messages from spambots posting URLs

Full Description

this removes messages with what seem to be links like "www,spam,com" or "WWW SPAM NET", etc, while removing practically nothing else. It also removes Chinese "fullwidth" latin characters that spambots have started using to post urls. Type "/swatlist" for a list of removed posts. This filter only affects messages posted by grey users.
