This bot combines several features together from various bots with some small customised options etc.

With this bot you will have 15 possible rotating notifications, a tipnote notification (already part of the rotation) with 30 possible inputs and several different separator options. And also brodcaster and moderators will be able to send notifications to the chatroom for more official warnings and the like, they can also send a message only to the broadcaster or to all mods only.

Will add in some customisable responses to commonly asked questions and supplied commands for each (will update as needed/wanted).
