Allows for multiple tip menus

Full Description

A tip menu for my room. I'll be adding features (notably a cooldown for some tip items, so they don't buy-me-shots to death)

For each tip menu, separate cost and items with a space and separate intries with '--'. For instance:

20 Breasts--50 Sexy Dance--1000 Switch Toys

The broadcaster or any mod can type /toggle to switch between menus.
