Right now, this is only for one specific polling purpose in my room.

I'm going to update this later with more options, including:
- a choice between free votes (one per person), tipped votes (unlimited per person), or a combo thereof.
- the ability to remove vote options for grays, to prevent people from making accounts just to vote

As is, the bot allows each person to vote once.

the broadcaster can also adjust votes to account for suspected cheating or to allow people to vote on twitter, etc. type +[vote] or -[vote] and then the number by which to adjust. For instance, if one of the votes is
/lingerie
then
-lingerie 4
would adjust the voted down by 4.
