Right now, this is only for one specific polling purpose in my room. I'm going to update this later with more options, including:
- a choice between free votes (one per person), tipped votes (unlimited per person), or a combo thereof.
- the ability to remove vote options for grays, to prevent people from making accounts just to vote

As is, the bot allows each person to vote once
