**Description**

ROMANO ROOM OS consolidates live-room automation into one Chaturbate App. It manages multi-stage goals, tip options, goal-aware room subjects, a live broadcast panel, a session leaderboard, rotating notices, private entry/follow messages, fan-club and media acknowledgements, configurable role colours, lightweight spam filtering, viewer commands, and broadcaster/mod controls.

## Test before live use

Use Chaturbate's official testbed. Confirm:

1. The panel displays the first goal.
2. Partial, exact-completion, and overflow tips progress goals correctly.
3. Tip Options appear and selected actions are recognised.
4. Anonymous tips display as Anonymous on public notices/leaderboards.
5. Viewer and admin commands work.
6. Repeated follow/unfollow does not create public spam.
7. Blocked terms affect ordinary users, not the broadcaster/mods.
8. The subject remains readable as goals progress.
9. All configured goals complete without errors.

## Boundaries

This V1 App operates inside the documented Chaturbate Apps API: tips, chat, timers, room subject, notices, tip options, lifecycle events, and the app panel.

It does not contain, request, read, or store an RTMP/broadcast token.

It also does not edit profile Bio, social links, uploaded-media approval state, OBS settings, or account-security settings. Those controls are outside this V1 Apps API.
