Run a token poll using tip options. Every token counts as one vote.
Users may vote (i.e. tip) as much and as many times as they want.

/pollnew: create a new poll like this:
"/pollnew this is the question | one option | another option | third option"

/pollend: end the poll and shows the result

/pollshow: show current votes
