Version of Hotandscottish Bot (by roydz) // Edited for Wolfcats_Shadow (by Perseus1967) et al. This Bot allows wolfcats_shadow et al to perform some mod functions even without moderator status, such as Timers, Crazy Notes, Rotating Notifier, Special Users, etc. . The purpose of this is to allow less 'red' (moderators) to be in smaller rooms, and to be able to teach new models functions 'on the fly'. Anyone is welcome to use this bot, but it is intended to be used by friends of wolfcats_shadow : )
