Using those commands every user can send private message to anyone without leaving the main chat window keep reading the chat.
You can set the amount of tkns for one notice or for the entire broadcast.

Ask PN permission - pn//Ask//username or by tipping the broadcaster( no need to tip when sending to others),type pn//?// to see how much the broadcaster set the tipping amount.
Broadcaster doesn't need permission to send private notice messages.

Grant Permission for one notice message - pn//@//username
(only broadcaster can permit for one notice message)

Grant Permition - pn//@@//username (All)

Send Notice - pn//Send//username//(Type your notice) after getting permitted

Insert user to block list - pn//!//username

Remove user from block list - pn//-!//username

Print help - pn//?//
