Pay per View Keno

This app is designed for Pay per View (PPV) shows, also called as Hidden Camera shows.

When the PPV show is started, it can only be watched by users who have a ticket.

Users have 3 ways to get a ticket for the PPV show:
1- Tipping a lucky number from the board.
2- Tipping the full ticket price
3- Manually added by the broadcaster

For the board, you have to set a minimum and a maximum number of tokens.
This defines how many numbers will be displayed in the board.
Then you have to set how many of those board numbers will have a ticket as prize.

So when a user tips a number from the board, if it was randomly selected as one of the winner numbers, the user will get a ticket for the PPV show, at a lower cost than the full price.

You can set two different prices for the tickets, these prices are for:
- Tickets purchased BEFORE the PPV show started (by default its 60 tokens)
- Tickets purchased AFTER the PPV show started (by default its 100 tokens)

When launching the app, you can also choose to give a free ticket automatically to moderators or fan club member when they join to the room.

Commands:
/board - Displays the Keno Board
/tickets - Displays the list of users that have a ticket for the PPV show

Broadcaster Commands:
/add NAME - Gives a ticket to the specified user
/remove NAME - Removes a ticket to the specified user
/start - Starts the PPV show
/stop - Stops the PPV show (it can be restarted using /start)
/numbers - Shows the winner numbers ONLY to the broadcaster
