Notification Bot preloaded with some Cat Gifs

Full Description

A bot made to send a 'Thank You' Notices after new followers and/or tips that are more than or equal to the specified amount.

Each 'Thank You' is actually two notices
The first Notification is designed for text, with the ability to change the text and background colors and customize the content of the Notification itself.
The second Notification is designed for gif usage, having "invisible" (white text) messages meant for displaying gifs.

In addition to being able to choose the gifs to be sent in the second Notification, there are options to send the gifs from the Gifs List in order, randomly or not at all. If you decide that you want to change the option type !gif and the corresponding setting e.g. !gif custom
Typing !help will display the options if you forget them

You can also disable or enable tip/follower notices at anytime by typing the corresponding command followed by true or false e.g. !tip true
Typing the command by itself will change the setting to the other option if you don't want to waste time typing true or false
You can enable or disable mod access to commands in the same way e.g. !mod true

If you want to change the amount of tokens required to acitvate the 'Thank You' you can type !tokens and whichever number you wish to change it to e.g. !tokens 10
You can also type in !tokens to check what the current amount is to send a 'Thank You'
