Notification and Gif Bot preloaded with some Cat Gifs

Full Description

A bot intended for you to be able to send your choice of gifs after new followers and each tip. Everything is set up when you Launch the Bot, but you still have the ability to turn off each feature while still running. If you want to send a random gif as your notification from the list of gifs put in random (all lowercase, no :, or spaces) in the categories labelled gif when you start up the bot.

In Notifications broadcaster is changed to the broadcasters name and user is changed to the relevant user's name.

1 means True
0 means False

Built in Commands - (If in Parentheses means will work with or without input) - Choice 1/Choice 2
!help - displays list of commands
!mod (true/false) - used to enable or disable mod access
!tip (true/false) - used to enable or disable tip notifications
!follow (true/false) - used to enable or disable new follower notifications
