Like email only ... probably worse ... and for use offline (or in perhaps even if someone got banned by mistake or something went awry with a scandalous mod).

Acceptance Criteria:
Will need support (minor) from backend,... but minimal if people just use the same browser all the time... then export mail and import when switching browsers. Or, only check mail on maybe your mobile. Only way to AVOID import/export between browsers is with support (for persistent storage and API access) from Chaturbate systems.
