This version of Dorothy's Tip Goals was inspired by LolaTheAngel, who is VERY picky about her room title - and, let’s be honest, plenty of other things, too.

Updates:
- removes the text "Current Goal: " from the room title
- In goal announcements removes the blank notice lines when "No Border" is selected in setting 3N1
- Allows for a custom goal announcement message (at the bottom of the settings, setting 4)
