commands include /help for more info
can add gender emote or TipClub symbol after name
will block emotes from greys
can turn selected greys into blues to bypass block
can ghost user to be able to chat when silenced
can garble chat from a nuisance
can send notice at intervals
detects TipClub values, announcing new members
Announces entry and assigns user number shortcode.
Accepts other Bot prefixes before commands

About Tipclubs: One number can identify a Tipclub, if the number is in the 'flag' then it will be used. if in [brackets] then it is used then removed to create a prefix.e.g. "[101]The Crew" will recognise a tip of 101 and create a chat prefix saying [The Crew]: (after the user's name for this session) If the Host makes a note and inserts the name in the TipClub list at the start of the next session, then the prefix will persist.
