Based on Slot Machine v1.05 by zingknaat

This basically functions the same as zingknaat's Slot Machine program with the following exceptions:

1) The odds of winning higher level prizes has been increased.
2) The odds of prizes 1-4, instead of all being 1 in 216, are all now different from each other.
3) There should be NO chance of a jackpot happening before you reach your defined goal (odds in the original: 1 in 46,656).
4) Any overtips get rolled over to the next spin (eg. if you set it to 25 and someone tips 30, then the next tipper only needs to tip 20 for the next spin).
