Full Description

Sends the broadcaster a notice when a user enters the room.

Bold notices are given for users who have tokens.

Counts of each gender are currently a work in progress; having a few issues.

Each gender has a specific notice colour:
Male - Blue
Female - Pink
Trans* - Green
Couples - Purple
Unknown - Black
