This bot was created to reduce tip-note annoyance by raising the cost of sending a tip-note that other users won't see.

HOW TO USE:

Just set a minimum tip-amount for tip notes to not be shown publicly. Mods and Fan Club are exempt automatically, and you can add others to the Exemption List field on the Launch-page.
