Specially made for karen_lv
-minimum board value is force to 25
-maximum board value is automatically computed base on number of prizes and frequency it will appear
-prize list has been changed so that you control the number of times it appear
-tip menu doesn't contribute to KarenKeno (but applies to mvp)
-nude tip menu can be activated too using the first option
-menu tipping affect mvp value too
-integrated multi-goal (fix at 3 goal) with notification and /multigoal command to list multigoal (//multigoal for mod/model to send to all user)
-added 'smart notification that tracks if user is typing, cause if they are not typing there's no reason to keep spamming the same text
