How it works:
You choose, whether you want a truth or dare, by typing either !truth or !dare in the chat, respectively. Once you did that, a timer will start.

If you typed !truth, while the timer runs, people can tip a certain amount to submit a question via tip notes. Once the timer runs out, one single of those questions will be chosen at random, and that's the one you have to answer.
You can specify custom rules for the submitted questions. These will be shown in the anouncement message while the timer is running.

If you typed !dare, while the timer runs, there will be a special tip menu available. Once the timer runs out, one of the items from the menu will be chosen at random, and that's the one you have to do.
Tipping for an item from this menu increases its chance to be chosen.

Available Commands:
!dares - show the list of available dares (only works while the timer for dares is running)

Broadcaster-Only Commands:
!truth - Start the timer for questions
!question - alias for !truth
!dare - Start the timer for dares
!action - alias for !dare
