Grant requests to viewers in exchange for them chatting

Full Description

This bot rewards users for being talkative.

Set a number of messages the user needs to have sent before you'll grant a request (Default is 100) and then they can make requests via the chat using "/request [whatever they want]"

Once they've made a request the number of messages they've sent you gets reduced accordingly
