Derived from zingknaat's Tip To See with expanded functionality.

Additional setting allow up to 15 goal definitions. When a total is reached the room title is automatically changed.

When a goal is reached it can reset the tip counter and change between list1, list2 and list3.

/goals lists the goals for this show.

Also, added up to 10 additional advert messages

/tiplist shows broadcaster and mods list of people who have tipped

/tipped Tells broadcaster or mods if a specific user has tipped

/sendlist Allows broadcaster and mods so send tip menu to a specific user

/setgoal Allows broadcaster to set the current goal, overriding the current tiptotal.
