Updated zingknaat's Tip To See with a /goals command.

Additional setting allow up to 10 goal definitions. When a total is reached the room title is automatically changed.

When a goal is reached it can reset the tip counter and change between list1, list2 and list3.

/goals lists the goals for this show.

Also, added up to 10 additional advert messages
