Dynamic goal tracking app, capable of creating a queue of goals, repeating goals, and handling large tips applying them towards new goals.

As with all my apps and bots, /help is caught and reports the specific help command: /goal help

"Default Title" is a string used as a default when there is no current goal.

"Room Hashtags" is a string (meant for hashtags) to keep in place, regardless of the current goal.

"Trusted User" is an individual with the same command rights as the broadcaster. Useful mid-show when new goals, or tweaking goals, is needed, without interrupting the broadcaster.

"Text Color" is a web format RGB string (#RRGGBB) used to color the bot.
