Added personalized greetings to VIPs
They will really feel like special persons in your room.

The room owner will also receive a specific message to see this VIP entering whatever are the room's chat parameters:
ie VIP can be grey, and chat tuned to see only mods and fans entering)

The first interest of this bot is that, In the bot's parameters, you can add up to 10 VIPs by their screen name and associate a specific greeting message, different for each one of them.

ie: when Albert, with 'John_1587' as user name enters, he (and he only) can see
'Hey my dear Bert, thanks once more for your support in OF ;) '
... or whatever else you want to tell him today or forever.

The first function is a rotating notifier that can display up to 20 messages and a automatic welcome message by default (when not a VIP)
