Remove nasty messages from greys & users without tokens

This bot basically checks messages from greys and users without tokens for any demands, requests, rudeness, sticky keys, spam, disgusting words, curses and use of other languages that don't use the traditional letters which can be read. It simply mutes the message from showing up in chat for everybody else and only shows on the user's chat window that sent the message. It doesn't notify the sender or the chat room that the message was deleted\silenced. Instead it just quietly mutes anything unnecessary from showing in chat which makes the sender believe their nasty message was sent, when in fact it never appears in public chat to ruin anybody else's chat experience.

If a user without tokens however decides to be a normal human being and use respectful, normal as well as polite etiquette in the kind of messages they send, then the message will go through to public chat, allowing them to participate in enjoying the experience with everyone else that's having a good time.

I must give respect where respect is due for the other people who put in hard work into the 2 scripts I combined and further refined to get this one.

Original script I forked from initially I must give credit to the original author which was "badbadbubba" and his original script called "No Grey Demands Graphics Caps"

Much thanks to "rz" for his post 2 years where he talked about spam filter bots and referenced the next script which I also ended up forking to merge into the first one.

The second script was created by "crazycharlie" which was called "spambot filter"
Really simple but ingenious script to keep chat clean which I found to be rather perfect to mix with the first one. Huge Thank You for the hard word behind this one.
