============CAT JOKE BOT================

I got inspired by the idea of the user neptunx and his bot "Funny Cats".
This bot's difference is that I made it periodically show the cat jokes or when someone types a certain sentence

--Functions--
-for now the sentences "cat joke" and "secret message", "happy [broadcaster name]", "for [broadcaster name]" shows a cat joke only to the user OR to the whole room, if the model has that option on! Also, Grey users cannot use these key phrases, for now.
-The model controls how frequently cat jokes are shown (in munutes).
-You can choose to completely turn off the "auto-cat-joke" function, so that no "jokes" will show up, automatically
-You can add one joke yourself! It will be shown randomly at some point!
