Manages Carmine's Auto Club members.

Announces club members as they enter and leave.

Recognizes when user tips 128 tokens and adds them to the club (temporary add, must be added to the bot setup to make permanent as CB doesn't have a way to do this yet)

Club members text may be highlighted with a selected background color.

Add users to friend list letting them type in a selected color.

Add users to ghost list letting them type in the room even if they are banned (this works on accounts that even CB has banned)
