Sell tickets to a passworded show. (Beta)

Full Description

Set a price for tickets to a passworded show, as well a minimum amount of tickets before the show will start. You can also optionally set a maximum amount of tickets to limit the number of people allowed in to the show, as well as a time limit for buying tickets.

When a ticket is bought, it is announced in the chat and the user is messaged the password. Their chat messages will also be highlighted for the remainder of the show.

The show title and the ticket counter (and time remaining) will be displayed in the panel under the cam, and the broadcaster can type /tickets in chat to see a list of all users who have bought tickets. The topic will also be updated with the show title and counter with each ticket bought.

I'm seeking further feedback (bugs, feature requests and opinions) from broadcasters before I bump this up to a release version; however, this app should be working fine, so please try it out and comment.
