This is a stripped down bot of Kaypurrrs Multi-bot

This blocks those annoying Website advertising messages and also blocks Grey users from posting Emotes.

It includes messages for the Model to ask users to Follow them and also allows them to put message advertising their Twitter.

Theres a command for Room Rules.
