A Black Jack "Dice roll" game where the tipper can choose wether he takes the risk to win more or loose all.... or stops the game

Commands:
\rules : displays the game commands
\prices : displays the prices players can win
\tip x : starts the game likewise to most dice games
\draw : adds a card to that players hand
\hand : displays the players hand
