Simple grey user anti-spam that still allows greys to chat

A number of spam-bots will attempt to post weblinks that attempt to bypass message filters by using non-standard characters like '𝘥𝖺𝘥𝘥y' instead of 'daddy'.

This bot will mark these messages as spam so they don't show up in chat.

Notification to the broadcaster/mods of spam attempts can be enabled with the option to include the spam message.
