Two concurrent goals / price matrix

Full Description

1. Choose up to 10 targets levels. Token levels are reset after each target is reached, so they do not need to be in any particular order. For each level, pick 2 different goals.

2. Price matrix: random prices for tips in a matrix. Each field is assigned a token amount.
- Variant "username": If a user tips the correct amount, he claims the field.
- Variant "goal": If a user tips the correct amount and chooses a goal (see 1.), the goal claims the field.
- "none": matrix is switched off completely.
There are special prices for full rows/columns by a single user (or towards a single goal). Either each field can be claimed once by a user (or a goal) and the matrix is reset when complete, or any field can be claimed and re-claimed.
