Commands List
Start commands with the command prefix (default value !)
(optional command choice1/choice2)

Commands for Everyone:
'help' for a list of commands
'spanks total' sends the user the spanks total
'leaderboard (Spanked/Cancelled/Special)' sends the user the top 3 in spanks (if no value is inputted Spanked and Cancelled will be sent)
Mod/Broadcaster Commands:
'spanks (on/off)' toggles spanks
'afk (on/off)' toggles afk/special spanks
'add spanks #' adds # to the spanks total
'spanked #' removes spanks from the spanks total
'total' sends user the times each tip has been used
'send leaderboard (Spanked/Cancelled/Special)' sends the leaderboard in chat (if no value is inputted Spanked and Cancelled will be sent)
'start timer # (command)' starts a countdown timer for # minutes (if a valid command is inputted it will activate the command at the end of the timer)
'follower (on/off)' toggles if a follower notification is sent and if the amount New Followers are counted
'follower total' sends the amount of followers and new followers (if enabled)
