Controls who can see your cam

Full Description

Limits who can view your cam by color or specific users, with options to make people talk every xxx minutes, hide the chat from anonymous users, show everyone entering/exiting.

By default, the video will not be hidden after launching. You will need to type in "!hidecam".

!cmds - Shows all the commands
// = Send a message only to mods + broadcaster
/// = Send a message to all (including anonymous when hidden chat is activated)
