Commands for broadcaster

!status [your goal description]: changes the goal description. The description will not be resetted after a new tip.

!settok [Number of tokens]: defines how many tokens broadcaster has already received. Can be used when broadcaster decides to change the goal and needs to restart the app.

!setreached [Number of goals reached]: defines how many times goal was already reached. Can be used when broadcaster decides to change the goal and needs to restart the app.

just4angie function
======================================================
If this function is activated by the broadcaster, the tipper can choose if he wants that his tip counts for the goal or not. If he doesn't want, he just has to write "just4angie" at the beginning of his tip note.
