add GIF on keyword

Adds a GIF to end of message if the keyword is found

Full Description

This bot will append a GIF (denoted by the GIF tag) if it detects the keyword in the chat message. If the user is the room owner, or a moderator, or a Fan Club member, it will not add the GIF.

GIF tags are in the format of colon ( : ) immediately followed by name. These can be found in chat message window by typing the colon and then scrolling through the list. They must be exactly as you would type them in chat, colon included. For example
